If you have any queries on deliveries, returns or security, please find the answers below. Should you have further queries, please contact us.
Delivery Policy
We send goods via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and aim to turn your order around within a maximum of 48 hours if the items are in stock. If we expect the items ordered to be on the next delivery, there may be a waiting period of up to 14 days. If you need an item urgently, feel free to call us to check on the status. If there is due to be a wait of longer than 14 days, we will contact you to offer you an explanation and to discuss the options available to you.
Mail Orders
You may order by mail by printing your buy screen with items and shipping total and include a cheque or postal order for the total amount made payable to
Vincent Shoe Store Ltd.
Please note that we do wait a full five working days before dispatching your order to allow the cheque to clear. Mail your order and cheque / postal order to the address listed on contact page and we will process your order as soon as your cheque clears.
Include your phone number on all mail orders. Include separate billing and shipping addresses if they are different.
Refunds & Replacements
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe that you will be delighted with your choice of Vincent shoe. However, if the shoes are in any way faulty, they can be returned to us. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of dispatch.
Any items returned must be unworn and in the original condition that you received them from us. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you cover the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Safety & Security
Payments are currently processed using Paypal.
If, however, you would prefer to pay with a credit card verbally, we will be happy to take your order between 11.00am to 17.30pm GMT.

Our images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for suggestion only. Actual appearances may be different and corrections may be made on final orders though we will not send a different product unless you agree to it.
